I’m sure this has happened to almost all of us. When we are out and about and want to take a picture of perhaps a friend or family member, there always seems to be someone that manages to walk past just as you take the picture, ruining it.
Well, that may now be a thing of the past thanks to a new app called Scalado Remove. The app is very clever in that it will allow you to magically remove objects that you do not want from pictures you have captured using your smartphone.
The app works using Scalado’s patented object removal technology which captures several pictures in a row. The app will then analyse each picture and creates a composite photo which will allow you to manually remove selected items with a simple tap.

The app is still in development and not yet officially released. However, the developers are hoping to be able to show some live demos of the app in action during this year’s MWC due to start at the end of the month.
