After a long delay and a lot of speculation, the fabled White Samsung Galaxy S II is finally available to buy in the UK.
The glossy white variant of the ever-popular Galaxy S II is now available to buy SIM-free from UK online retailer Clove, as well as other mobile phone retailers across the country.
Currently there is only a 16GB version available in the snazzy-looking white finish, and it will set you back £492.
Simon Stanford, Managing Director, Mobile, Samsung UK and Ireland said: “Since its launch in May the Galaxy S II has been a huge hit with Samsung consumers. We always want to offer a range of products that suit different people and are delighted to now be able to give consumers the choice of the UK’s leading Android smartphone in black or white.”
The Carphone Warehouse are now offering the White Galaxy S II on a contract basis with all major UK networks, starting from £30 per month with the phone coming free of any up-front charge.
The Galaxy S II was initially released in April of this year and soon became Samsung’s fastest ever selling smartphone, shifting over 5 million devices in just a few months.
Such great success is down to the great features of the phone including a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus screen, 8-megapixel camera and Full HD 1080p video recording, coupled with a sleek and slim design that looks great.
