Despite many complimentary rumours building up around the iPhone 5’s spec regarding upgraded cameras, slimmer profiles and larger screens, this new source is claiming that upgrades will be very minor – presumably just to sort out the iPhone 4’s infamous signal problem.
“Sources pointed out that as the iPhone 5, which does not seem to have any major update from iPhone 4, is already set for shipment in September,” claims the site, which sits in line with the general consensus that the next Apple handset will drop at the same time as the annual iPod range update. While anyone claiming to be an Apple inside source should be taken with a large pinch of salt, Taiwan is where Apple outsources its assembly to – so there could be a strand of truth in it.
