The existence of the inevitable Samsung Galaxy Note III has been confirmed by the mobile manufacturer’s official website for Kazakhstan – albeit via another of those infamous Samsung leaks!
Appearing on the VIP services page of Samsung.com/kz_ru were the titles of a number of upcoming handsets and future products, including a couple of previously confirmed items – most notably the 16-megapixel camera-phone the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom and a new larger Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. One that has yet to surface from rumour into reality is the Galaxy Note III.
Today’s leak confirms the existence of the Note III, but its specifications are still left only to speculation. What we have heard is that it is expected to arrive with a larger 5.9” 1080p display and an increase in RAM to 3GB from the previous model’s 2GB. Sources suggest that the handset will also come with a generous 13-megapixel camera with anti-shake technology.
Naturally we also should hope that the air gesture features introduced with the Galaxy S4 will be incorporated into the next Note, along with a Samsung customised Android 4.3 Jelly Bean experience with TouchWiz.
We await more news on the Samsung Galaxy Note III in the next month as it prepares for an official reveal, currently predicted for July.
