A pair of future smartphones from the Samsung camp have been leaked ahead of their official reveal and if these new shots are to be believed we could have gotten an early glimpse of both the anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 2 – and another gadget called the Samsung Galaxy Player which has been exposed for the first time.
A stationary snapshot of what’s believed to be the second generation of the massive mobile (or tiny tablet) known as the Galaxy Note has appeared via Know Your Mobile and shows off Samsung branding, a stylish white casing and the rumoured 5.5” touchscreen display which will be accommodating enough to take a finger gesture but is also compatible once more with Samsung’s S-Pen stylus.
The S-Pen was one on the Note’s many unique features ideal for commanding all those appealing S features which were introduced with the first model last August at the annual IFA in Berlin. And this is the event Sam fans are focusing on for the second coming of the most gigantic of Galaxy smartphones which would presumable come pre-loaded with the latest Android revision – 4.1 Jelly Bean.
A video recently released seems to back that up with an ‘Unpacked’ announcement from Samsung teased for August 29th – two days before the big tech event.
However, there’s a wildcard thrown into the pack with the first outing of that aforementioned Samsung Galaxy Player courtesy of Sammobile. Featuring a style similar to the Galaxy S III super-smartphone it’s whopping 5.8-inch display just eclipses the Galaxy Note by a few increments and this one is believed to live up to its name and be a dedicated multimedia smartphone with 1Ghz dual-core CPU and some scaled down but respectable spec along with current edition of Android, 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Look out for the Samsung Galaxy Player, and the Galaxy Note, at the IFA in Berlin starting on 31st of August and ending on the 5th of September.
