BlackBerry finally released the next generation of its smartphone OS yesterday and got the world in somewhat of a flutter in doing so, but now that the info is out we immediately turn our thoughts to how and when we can get our hands on one of the new phones.
Well firstly the good news is that the UK will be there first country to get the new BlackBerry 10 running smartphones, plus we will also be getting a special white edition of the handset which is exclusive to Phones 4U.
Now we were able to get some exclusive hands on photos of the white variant of the Z10 earlier in the week (check them out here) but now that the smartphone is launched, Phones 4U has revealed that it will be exclusively stocking the white Z10 and what’s more; the first 250 to order the smartphone from P4U will nab a free tablet.
The handset launches today in Phones 4U and is available in black and white variants and the first 300 people who buy the new Z10 will pick up a free BlackBerry PlayBook as well. This is doubly exciting as last night BlackBerry announced that itwould also be bringing the BB10 OS to all older BlackBerry PlayBook devices in the coming months.
So that makes two BB10 devices in one purchase!
Unfortunately this offer is only for the first 250 people to buy a Z10 online and the first 50 people who queue at Phones 4U on Oxford Street, buy the Z10 and commit to a monthly tariff of £36 or more for 2 years.
It’s a great deal but it may have passed by the time you get on down to Oxford Street. However, the Z10 in white will be available exclusively from Phone 4U from now.
