Game Recorder+ Gets You Streaming from Your Samsung Smartphone

With the rise of Twitch.tv, YouTube and a multitude of other streaming sites, there has never been a better time for getting into the scene than today. Recording and streaming from your PC or console is pretty straightforward but doing the same thing from your smart phones is another matter entirely!

Until today that is…

Some of us are mad for our phone games, and with so many to choose from just on Google’s Play store alone, it seems the logical step forward. Whilst there are a number of apps that seem to offer the ability to record your screen, unfortunately, most of them require that you root your device

Samsung users, on the other hand, seem to have a valid option to choose from that does not require a lot of time to set up in the depths of your phones settings, and it’s called ‘Game Recorder+’.

Game Recorder+ allows you to record any game you are playing on your phone as well as your face and commentary as you play it!

There are a number of options and features that can only improve your finished video. The “game boost” feature claims it will optimize your phone’s memory whilst you play it, and a floating menu widget lets you start recording without having to pause the game and go back into the Game Recorder+ app if you were already playing.

Now, for the HD side of things, clips can be recorded in 1080p, edited/trimmed afterwards and uploaded to YouTube direct from the app! Of course, as with all things, there is a catch; you have to have a Samsung device (currently Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, Note 4, S5, Note 3, S4 and Note 2 handsets).

You can find more info about the Game Recorder+ app and download it now from the Google Play Store.
