The Nokia Lumia 800 Windows Phone (formerly Sea Ray) was launched to the public this week and with it came the pre-installed Nokia Music application which presents user’s music with that new Mango flavour. Making it easy to organise existing tracks into genres and playlists as well as add new MP3s to a collection and tune into Digital FM radio or even find gigs from favourite artists.
Just a few days later Nokia has already issued a refresh of the app, which offers greater personalization, improves the gig finder feature by bringing more specific booking information and the update also brings MixRadio to the Lumia 800. MixRadio is a customable feature that brings your top three artists of choice into one unique playlist.
The Nokia Lumia 800’s spec includes 1.4GHz processor 3.7-inch screen, 8-megapixel camera, with a little bro on the way with the social-savvy Lumia 710 (Sabre), which will also deliver a slice of Mango and be eligible for the update when it drops in the first quarter of 2012.
