HTC EVO 4G LTE Breaks Free From U.S Customs – Arriving on Sprint on May 24th

After a struggle with U.S Customs and a promising update yesterday, regarding a pair of HTC gadgets which apparently upset Apple patent copyrights, one of the handsets – the HTC EVO 4G LTE – has now successfully passed inspections and could make its way onto the country’s Sprint network in time for this weekend.

Sprint excitedly reports “Customers who pre-ordered HTC EVO 4G LTE…Your wait is almost over! Sprint expects to begin shipping HTC EVO 4G LTE for arrival on or around Thursday, May 24 to customers who pre-ordered the device online from Sprint. The fate of the HTC EVO 4G LTE’s Android ICS travel buddy the quad-core HTC One X is still yet to be decided, but with one through already through the gate this makes for some pleasing news for HTC who are surely looking to keep up its impressive roll out following a positive response in the U.K.
